Sweet condensed milk


Ingredients:
300 g Marie biscuits, 2.5 dl of coffee with sugar, 4 egg yolks 1 can sweetened condensed milk, almonds, chopped and toasted to taste

Preparation:
Pour the condensed milk in a tachinho, add them to the yolks, mix well and bring to a simmer without stirring constantly.
Soon it begins to boil remove from heat and then pour the cream into a glass bowl and let cool.
Choose the mounting plate for the cake, pour the coffee in another bowl and begin to move the wafers one by one by the coffee and arrange them in layers on the plate for the cake.
Barre the surface with the cream, smooth and well put another layer of cookies passed by coffee, and so on until the cookies are gone, the last layer of cream.
Garnish with chopped almonds and toast.
Serve the cake cool.
