cod au gratin
Ingredients for 4-6 persons:
400 g of soaked cod loins, milk, 2 onions, 6 cloves garlic, 80 g of liquid Cowboy, a French garlic, 2 carrots, salt, piimenta, 200 g oyster mushrooms, 800 g of frozen mashed potatoes, mayonnaise
Preparation:
Turn the oven and set it to 220 ° C.
Cover the cod with milk, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the onions and the garlic cloves into thin slices and bring to a simmer with the Cowboy liquid over low heat.
While the onion is the fire, cut the garlic into thin slices French, rinse under running water and drain well and add the onion.
Skin and grate the carrots on strings, add the remaining vegetables. Cover and leave in oven while preparing the mushrooms.
Wash, dry and cut the mushrooms into pieces, add the vegetables, increase the heat slightly and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
Drain the cod and soak up the milk to prepare the mashed potatoes. Prepare the puree while separating cod loins in large flakes.

Spread a layer of mayonnaise on cod and brown in the oven until surface is golden brown.
