Rotten cod
Ingredients:
1 or 2 slices of cod per person, depending on the size of each slice and who will eat one large onion, 1 large tomato + half of a medium size + / - 1 clove garlic, white wine to taste, 1 sheet laurel, egg and flour to pass the cod oil for frying.
Preparation:
In a pot, it is a stew with onions, garlic, olive oil, enough tomatoes bay leaf and white wine. After the stew is done remove the bay leaf and passed everything with the magic wand. And reserves.
Pass up the pieces of cod in beaten egg, flour and fry in hot oil.
After put all chips are placed in a baking tray and can go to the table. Put on top of the spread of cod stew made with onion and tomato.
Bake in hot oven for 10 or 15 minutes.
Serve hot with mashed potatoes or baked potato.
