Fresh strawberry


Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk 1/2 liter of milk, 1 tablespoon of corn flour, 5 eggs, 500gr of strawberries, crisp crackers, instant coffee, 500 gr mascarpone cheese, sugar, 1 teaspoon of flavoring vanilla

Preparation:
A pan (preferably non-stick) is mixed with condensed milk fat milk. Dissolve in a bowl, cornstarch, yolks, and mix with milk until dissolved; going to boil until thickened, stirring constantly and simmer. When you are consistent, lies in a Pyrex tray, where the candy will be served.
Beat up the egg whites, add the cheese and when it is homogeneous add the sugar, to taste
joins the aroma of vanilla and leads to the fridge when it comes to coffee and biscuits: it is a strong coffee, where we wet the wafer, without letting too much softened, if not break up - one by one, water in the coffee and pour in the pan on top of cream condensed milk are two layers of biscuits.
They cover up the crackers with cream cheese, white layer on top of this pour the strawberries rolled or cut into small bits, and cover with the remaining cream cheese.
It should be served well chilled, so it should be in the cold two hours before serving.
