Potato Pudding


Ingredients:
1/2 cup of sugar, 1 can condensed milk 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons and 1/2 tablespoons flour, 3 cups of milk, 4 and 5 eggs boiled potatoes and squeezed

Preparation:

Preparation:

Ingredients:

Preparation:
Season the steaks with garlic salt and rolled.

Bread pudding

Ingredients:
4 eggs, 200g sugar, 1/2 liter of milk, five slices of bread without crust, 1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla coffee

100 g sugar (for caramel)

Preparation:

In a bowl place the sliced ??bread into cubes and add the warm milk. Grind with a magic wand, until a homogeneous mixture. Add eggs, beaten previously. Add sugar, orange juice and vanilla. Mix well.

Chicken with Tomato Sauce and Mushrooms


Ingredients for 2 people:
2 large chicken breasts, 100g of fresh mushrooms, 3 small tomatoes, 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon of oregano, a pinch of sugar (to cut the acidity of the tomatoes), salt and pepper qb and 2 tablespoons of cream.

preparation:
Cut chicken breasts into cubes, mushrooms and tomatoes in blades into small pieces.
Take a pan with olive oil and brown the diced chicken. Then add the chopped garlic, mushrooms and tomatoes in pieces. Season with salt, sugar, pepper and oregano and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
At the end of this time add the cream and mix well. Bring to a boil and turn off.
Serve with white rice, ground skein, vegetables or a salad.

Rotten cod


Ingredients:
1 or 2 slices of cod per person, depending on the size of each slice and who will eat one large onion, 1 large tomato + half of a medium size + / - 1 clove garlic, white wine to taste, 1 sheet laurel, egg and flour to pass the cod oil for frying.

Preparation:

Quick Chicken with Basil Sauce


Ingredients for 2 people:
2 + 2 legs of chicken thighs, salt and pepper, 100 ml white wine, 1 lemon, 2 cloves of garlic,
1 tablespoon of pesto sauce (I used to buy but you can also use homemade) and olive oil.

Preparation:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic cloves into chunks, juice of half a lemon and white wine. Let marinate at least 15 minutes, but if you have more time, one or two hours.
In a grilling plate on the stove (or in the coals, if you prefer and weather permitting) broil the chicken until it is thoroughly cooked. (And do not get distracted on the phone so you do not get burned a bit like mine!)
To prepare the sauce, simply combine the basil pesto sauce with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well and pour over chicken before serving.
Serve with a green salad and white rice, mashed potatoes or vegetable salad!

Non-alcoholic cocktails - Bella Ragazza


Ingredients:
4 cl Lemon Juice, Cold Coffee 4 cl, 12 cl of Coca-Cola, Ice qb

Preparation:

Non-alcoholic cocktails - Yellowfin


Ingredients:
1 cl Coconut Milk, 10 cl Pineapple juice, 10 cl of passion fruit juice, 1 cl Grenadine syrup, 1 slice of lemon, a Cherry Red, Ice qb

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in shaker with ice and shake well.

Ingredients:

Preparation:
Dough:

Ingredients:

cod au gratin


Ingredients for 4-6 persons:
400 g of soaked cod loins, milk, 2 onions, 6 cloves garlic, 80 g of liquid Cowboy, a French garlic, 2 carrots, salt, piimenta, 200 g oyster mushrooms, 800 g of frozen mashed potatoes, mayonnaise

Preparation:
Turn the oven and set it to 220 ° C.
Cover the cod with milk, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the onions and the garlic cloves into thin slices and bring to a simmer with the Cowboy liquid over low heat.

Ingredients for 10 to 12 people:

For the syrup:
6 dl milk, 150 g sugar, 30 g Liquid Cowboy

Preparation:
Turn the oven and set it to 180 ° C.

Break the eggs into another bowl, break them with a rod of wire and add them milk. Mix flour with sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add the egg mixture and milk and stir in without knocking.

Baked cod with bread and crumbs


Ingredients:
A corn bread, 600 g of soaked cod in pieces high, 2 dl of extra virgin olive oil 4-6 cloves garlic, 700 g new potatoes, salt

± 300 g of corn bread, water, 1 bunch turnip greens, Cowboy with 100 g of olive oil, 2-3 cloves of garlic and pepper

Preparation:

Non-alcoholic cocktails - Shake Gooseberry and Chantilly

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Cream Pie with Strawberries


Ingredients:
A base of puff pastry, 1 can of condensed milk, 2 packages of cream, 1 spoon (soup) of cornstarch, 2 egg yolks, 200g strawberries, 4 leaves of gelatine colorless

Preparation:

Cheesecake with Red Fruits


Ingredients:

2 packages cream cheese, 200 ml cream, 8 tablespoons (soup) of sugar, 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk,
1 tbsp (tablespoons) cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 200 g digestive biscuits or full, + / - 50 g unsalted butter
Red fruits q.b.

Preparation:

Turn the oven to 180 º C.
Crush the biscuits and mix with the butter. Obtained with the preparation, covering the base of a removable bottom. Placing the shape in the oven so that the base wafer bake slightly. Mix well with the mixer all other ingredients. Remove the shape of the furnace and pouring the mixture onto the base.
Bring back in the oven for approximately 40 minutes (to ensure it is cooked prick with a needle or skewer and it comes out clean, it's time to remove from the oven).

Chicken steaks with green asparagus


Ingredients:
Steaks, chicken (or turkey)

Preparation:

Onion bhajis with raita sauce


These recipes have been adapted in order to be made in Portugal. I know that in Portugal a few Indian spices are very difficult to find and that is why I put only those that I consider essential. Instead of Chat Masala, which takes a lot of ground spices and dried mango powder, I suggested that if I used curry. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
Onion bhajis:, grossly chopped 3 medium onions, 1-2 cups of chickpea flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (Jeera) 1 teaspoon of seeds Black Mustard (Rai), a tablespoon of curry, 1 egg, qb Olive oil, q.b. Chilli powder, q.b.sal, q.b. Sunflower oil for frying.

Raita Sauce:
2 jars of unsweetened yogurt, 1 sprig of fresh mint, 1 small tomato, 1 small cucumber, qbsal, fresh qbcoentros

Preparation:
Place the oil in a deep skillet (or wok) and when hot, put in the cumin seeds and black mustard. When they start popping, pour the onion previously cut and ½ a tablespoon of curry. Mix well and let the mixture involve not let it burn. Let stand until cool.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour and add salt to taste. Add water and knead to form a dough a little thicker (not much) but homogeneous. Add the mixture of onions, spices and olive oil. Mix well and add chili powder and a previously beaten egg. Stir everything well and let stand.
Place a skillet over high (or wok) with plenty of sunflower oil for frying. Leave it to become hot. With the help of a spoon, a rounded shape to the slurry and then place it in hot oil. Let fry, turning little by little not to burn. Place a baking sheet with paper towels. Repeat the process until the dough runs out.

Raita Sauce:
Mix all ingredients, adjust seasoning and serve very fresh. This sauce is ideal with onion bhajis. Enjoy!

Mousse bicolor


Ingredients:
1/2 liter of soybean milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup of strong coffee

Preparation:
Dilute starch in a little milk. Boil sugar and water. Add the soy milk and heat. Pour the mixture over the potato starch and let thicken. Pour half of cream into individual bowls and place in refrigerator. Mix the rest of the coffee mixture. Finish filling the cups with this cream. Let cool hours.

Tahiti Cameroon


Ingredients:
12 cooked and peeled shrimp, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of coconut milk, 3 tablespoons cream, 1 teaspoon (tsp) curry powder, 2 tablespoons of tomato juice, 1 cup dry white wine, 1cálice brandy, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:
Season the shrimp with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Melt butter in a skillet and saute the onions until they wilt. Place the shrimp and allow them to cook for 2 minutes. Add the brandy to the pan to flambe the mixture, add the wine and tomato juice. Let the mixture reduce and then place the coconut milk, cream and curry, stir quickly and turn off the heat. Serve with white rice.

Fish Cakes


Ingredients:
1/2 kg of fish fillet, finely chopped (almost ground), 1 clove garlic, minced 2 medium onions, 1 egg, 1 tbsp (tablespoons) flour, 1/2 cup (tea), parsley, 1 medium carrot, grated, salt, pepper and grated nutmeg to taste, a stale bread soaked in 1/2 cup (tea), milk and oil for frying.

Preparation:
In a bowl place the fish, garlic, onion, egg, flour, parsley and carrots, mixing well. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste and mix again. Add the bread moistened with milk and mix again until smooth. Then put in a pot enough oil for dipping the cookies. Bring to high heat and allow to heat through. With a spoon, make cookies and put them in hot oil. Fry them until golden brown evenly. Take them with a slotted spoon and let them drain on paper towels. They are ready to serve.

Appetizer of Mussels


Ingredients:

Preparation:
In a medium saucepan, place all ingredientres, except bread, and bring to medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, spread on slices of bread, on the branches of parsley and serve, then.

Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk 3 dl coconut milk, 1 dl of brandy, 8 sheets of colorless gelatin, 7 dl cream
For strawberry sauce:
350 g strawberries, 1 c (soup) of sugar, juice of 1/2 orange
Decoration: Strawberries

Preparation:
Mix the condensed milk with coconut milk and brandy. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for three minutes. Drain them and then bring them to boil in double boiler, stirring until melted. Add them to the prepared initial and still incorporate the cream, very cold. Pour into a form prepared with 25 cm in diameter, previously passed through water. Take the cold for about 3 hours. Unmold dessert to a serving plate. Cut the strawberries to puree, mix with sugar and orange juice and pour over the breath. Garnish with strawberry pieces around.

Gelatin with Layers


Ingredients:
90 g of gelatin, strawberry 2.5 dl boiling water, 2.5 ml of cold water, 600 g of strawberries, gelatin sheets colorless 8, 1/2 dl milk, condensed milk 1, 5 dl cream, 50 g sugar, mint to decorate

Preparation:
Discard the gelatin in the water to boil, then adding cold water. prepared to throw the form of a 27 cm diameter, passed through cold water, and bring the refrigerator until set. Once solidified and has available a layer laminated on top of strawberries. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for three minutes, and then melt in milk, stirring constantly. Ingredients:

Octopus stew


Ingredients:
Octopus 2 kgs, 5 cloves garlic, 6 tablespoons (soup) of oil, 4 onions, salt to taste 3 carrots, 1 cup of white wine, parsley and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Soak the beans in advance. Drain it and cook it in a pressure cooker. Clean the octopus, wash it and put to cook it in a pot on its own with a whole peeled onion and a drizzle of olive oil.
Saute crushed garlic with olive oil and butter in the main pot where everything is mixed. Add the remaining chopped onions and carrots scraped and cut into slices. Season with salt and pepper and saute. Add the white wine and boil until it evaporates. Add the octopus cut into pieces and baked beans.
Add a little water in which cooked octopus and season with salt and pepper. Apure low heat. Take a couple tablespoons of beans and mash with a fork. Codfish Zé do Pipo


Ingredients:

Preparation:

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

ingredients:

ingredients:

Ingredients:

Cod with olive oil

To start this my new blog, nothing like one of my favorite recipes with cod. A piece of cod with a few potatoes and some broccoli to punch, all washed down with oil to me has always been a food of the gods.
