Cream Pie with Strawberries


Ingredients:
A base of puff pastry, 1 can of condensed milk, 2 packages of cream, 1 spoon (soup) of cornstarch, 2 egg yolks, 200g strawberries, 4 leaves of gelatine colorless

Preparation:
Beat in cream condensed milk with the cornstarch, egg yolks and cream package.
Line a pie shape with the base of puff pastry and prick with a fork. Pour the above prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
Place the gelatin to soak in water for 5 minutes. Bake in microwave to dissolve and let cool.
Meanwhile, whisk the remaining cream into whipped cream, add the gelatin and mix well. Add the strawberries, previously cut into small pieces.
Spread this cream over the pie, which, however, withdrew from the oven and let cool.
Serves, after taking the cold for about one hour.
