Meat ball
Ingredients:
1 kg of flour, 420 g of margarine, 10 g salt, 2.5 ml water, chicken cooked, fried pork, Palo, Ham
Preparation:
Give it a boil to sausage and ham and trickle down.
In a bowl, sift the flour with salt, add to them the fat, add the water and knead until connect everything.
Tends into a ball, wrap it in cloth and put in the refrigerator.
After some time, this mass is divided into two parts extending with the roll. With one of them lining up a tray greased with margarine.
Filled with alternating layers with boneless chicken, fried pork and cut into pieces, strips of ham and slices of sausage, basting with some sauce after the chicken and pork fat.
Cover with the other of the mass, with pincela egg, and join the ends of the two masses also beaten egg.
Pincela it all goes with egg and bake in moderate oven.
Can serve hot or cold.
