Cake soaked with condensed milk
Ingredients for 10 to 12 people:
4 eggs, 2 dl milk 300 g flour, 350 g sugar, 2 tablespoons baking powder, salt, Cowboy Net
For the topping:
3 dl of milk 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 can of condensed milk, 2 egg yolks,
shredded coconut (optional)
For the syrup:
6 dl milk, 150 g sugar, 30 g Liquid Cowboy
Preparation:
Turn the oven and set it to 180 ° C.
Break the eggs into another bowl, break them with a rod of wire and add them milk. Mix flour with sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add the egg mixture and milk and stir in without knocking.
Grease a 20x30 cm board with Net Cowboy, line with parchment paper and grease again. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce and cover.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, add the condensed milk and egg yolks and mix well. Bring to thicken over low heat, stirring constantly. Allow to cool.
Combine milk and sugar, add the Cowboy Net and bring the boil to simmer.
When the cake is cooked chop it with a long skewer and drizzle with the syrup.
Unmold the cake and cover with the cream of condensed milk.
Suggestion
If desired, sprinkle with grated coconut, let cool and put in the refrigerator.
