Soup of the Labrador
ingredients:
1 onion, 1 dl virgin olive oil 1/2 french garlic, 1 sprig parsley, 1 carrot, 1 turnip, 1 potato, salt, 200g broccoli, cauliflower, 200g, 100g mass elbows
preparation:
Peel the onion, chop it and lightly fry it in hot oil along with garlic and sliced french sprig of parsley.
Peel the carrots, turnips and potatoes, wash them, cut them into chunks and wrap the mixture. Cook for five minutes.
Sprinkle with 1.2 L of hot water and season with salt. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about ten minutes.
Add the broccoli and cauliflower sprigs and the mass and finish cooking. Rectify the seasoning and serve immediately.
