Codfish Zé do Pipo
Ingredients:
1 fillet of cod, 2 medium onions, 1 pint of milk, 4 tablespoons olive oil 1 bay leaf, salt and pepper, a bowl of mayonnaise (made with 2 egg yolks and 4dl of olive oil), 750 g of mashed potatoes, black olives
Preparation:
After a good soaking, chop the cod steaks.
