Ingredients:
500 g of shelled mussels, cooked, 1/2 cup dry white wine 3 tbsp (tablespoons) of olive oil, 2 spoons (soup) of chopped parsley, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 teaspoon (tsp) salt, 1 pinch of black pepper 6 sprigs of parsley, 6 slices Italian bread (to follow).
Preparation:
In a medium saucepan, place all ingredientres, except bread, and bring to medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, spread on slices of bread, on the branches of parsley and serve, then.
