Potato Pudding


Ingredients:
1/2 cup of sugar, 1 can condensed milk 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons and 1/2 tablespoons flour, 3 cups of milk, 4 and 5 eggs boiled potatoes and squeezed

Preparation:
Place the sugar in the form of hole in the middle and let it boil to melt, for 8 minutes, or until caramelized
Beat the remaining pudding ingredients in a blender
Pour in caramelized form, cover with foil and bake in moderate oven, preheated for 30 minutes or until the stick a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven, let cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Unmold and serve
Enjoy your meal.
