Mature bean soup
ingredients:
300 g of ripe beans, 1/2 cabbage, 1 large onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 medium potatoes, 2 feet of fennel, a smoked meat, salt to taste, olive oil to taste
preparation:
After removing the bean pods, bake it in 2 liters of juice or water along with the chorizo, onion and minced garlic.
Remove the sausage after cooked and cut into slices.
When the beans are almost cooked, add the potatoes peeled and cut into small cubes, the feet without the raw fennel and cabbage cut into strips.
Season with salt, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake.
Remove a portion of beans and potatoes and pass through food mill and add puree to the soup.
Boil about 5 minutes.
Serve with slices of chourizo.
