Coffee Mousse


Ingredients:
5 sheets of colorless gelatin, 1 dl strong coffee machine, a tin of condensed milk, 1 cup of brandy, 4 dl cream, wild berries, coffee beans

Preparation:
Place the soaked gelatine leaves in cold water. Then drain and bring them to the fire along with the coffee. Once melted, add the condensed milk and brandy and stir everything with a wire rod. Separately, whip the cream and cold and add them slowly to the anterior.Termine prepared by pouring the mixture into individual bowls and garnish to taste, with forest fruits and coffee beans.
