Bread pudding

Ingredients:
4 eggs, 200g sugar, 1/2 liter of milk, five slices of bread without crust, 1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla coffee

100 g sugar (for caramel)

Preparation:

In a bowl place the sliced ??bread into cubes and add the warm milk. Grind with a magic wand, until a homogeneous mixture. Add eggs, beaten previously. Add sugar, orange juice and vanilla. Mix well.

Place 100 g of sugar in the bottom of the mold, take the form and the low heat running to check that the sugar cover the bottom and the walls of the form.

Allow to cool. Pour the mixture into the form and place the order, covered, in a pressure cooker with water to form the means.

Bring to a boil and then count 25 minutes. Let cool in the pan. Carefully remove.

Unmold after cooling.
