Gelatin with Layers
Ingredients:
90 g of gelatin, strawberry 2.5 dl boiling water, 2.5 ml of cold water, 600 g of strawberries, gelatin sheets colorless 8, 1/2 dl milk, condensed milk 1, 5 dl cream, 50 g sugar, mint to decorate
Preparation:
Discard the gelatin in the water to boil, then adding cold water. prepared to throw the form of a 27 cm diameter, passed through cold water, and bring the refrigerator until set. Once solidified and has available a layer laminated on top of strawberries. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for three minutes, and then melt in milk, stirring constantly. In a bowl, combine this mixture with the condensed milk.
Whip the cream with the sugar and add to the preparation. Pour the cream over the strawberries and make another layer with the other. Finish with the remaining cream. Take the dessert in the fridge for 3 hours. Dip the form in hot water and unmold to serving plate. Garnish with mint.
