Chicken steaks with green asparagus


Ingredients:
Steaks, chicken (or turkey)
Fresh green asparagus
garlic
dill
Mixed spices
Salt (I used salt with mustard seeds)
Olive oil (I used flavored with dill and paprika)

Preparation:
Place the steaks chicken and fresh asparagus using a pan larga.Geralmente steaks smaller, so that they can turn with ease. Season with crushed garlic, dill, spice mixture suitable for grilling, salt and olive oil. It should be allowed to dry sauce, so it should turn steaks amiúdo and, if necessary, adding a little white wine. Sometimes, some drop out asparagus juice, which helps to form more sauce.
You can follow up with rice and salad, or noisettes.
