Mango mousse


Ingredients:
500gr of mango pulp, 1 can of condensed milk, 2 packages of cream, 4 leaves of gelatine colorless, water 2dl

Preparation:
They set sheets of gelatin in hot water, and allowed to dissolve and cool. However, mixing the pulp with the sleeve condensed milk and cream, and beat-up, preferably with electric mixer, until homogeneous. Mix in the water with the gelatin, and again beat well to incorporate in the sweet gelatine. That's it! Go to the refrigerator for 5 hours and is ready to serve!
